How does the See Better contact lens subscription work
A: It's amazing and so easy. Click here to start. Upload your contact lens prescription or allow us to verify with your Doctor. Next, find the contact lens brand you wear for each eye and complete the enrollment form. Your contacts will go out asap after that.
My prescribed contacts are not listed
A: Not all contact lenses are eligible for subscription. You can order your supply of contacts online here. If you still can't find the lenses you wear feel free to email or call us and we'll be happy to get them ordered for you.
Do I still qualify for a rebate
A: Yes. The Optical. Co is a trusted, preferred distributor for many contact lens companies. That means, you get big rebates from them by ordering them from us. If your subscription qualifies for a rebate we will provide you with all the info you will need to get it taken care of.
What if my prescription changes
A: If for some reason you have a prescription change during the course of your subscription, just call or email us and we'll get it all squared away.
Do I need an updated prescription
A: Contact lenses are prescribed medical devices so we do need a valid prescription. Good news is you can either upload a copy of your prescription or give us permission to contact your Doctor to verify. Easy!
